45 years of Luxury is a major milestone and Mercedes Benz is celebrating with the release of its 45th Anniversary Edition SL 65 AMG. With only 45 of these made available, a Luxury Elitist must get it while it’s hot.
Start your engines for the perks! This beauty will offer a carbon-fiber package for the front apron, twin-blade radiator grille, LED daytime driving lights and fins on the hood and wings all adorned in designo magno graphite paint with high gloss chrome and aluminum insertions.
The SL 65 AMG interior includes designo leather seats with embossed AMG emblems on the seat backrests and design nappa leather roof lining. Wonderful additions also include COMAND online with a 6-disc dvd changer, Bang & Olufsen BeoSound AMG sound system and an active parking assist alongside Parktronic. With engine specs including an AMG 6.0-liter biturbo engine, the SL 65 hits 0-60 instantly at 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph. The SL 65 AMG is set to launch September 2012.
