Wang has enlisted a group of influential stylists, photographers and friends who will use the Samsung Galaxy Note II phone to produce images which will serve as a source of inspiration for a print for the handbag.

Oscar de la Renta opens flagship store in London
Fashion icon Oscar de la Renta graces Mount Street and Berkeley Square in London with a 3,000 square foot boutique in its Soho district. Surrounded by other fashion stores such as Christian Louboutin and Balenciaga, the store will serve as the UK’s flagship for the brand. The boutique carries de la Renta’s bridal, home and children’s line as well.
Designed by Meyer Davis Studio, the new Mount Street boutique is de la Renta’s 14th international store. “Our arrival on Mount Street has been a well-considered process in terms of cementing the brand’s flagship store in the best location, and we are delighted with the outcome,” said Alex Bolen, chief executive officer of Oscar de la Renta LLC.

PPR claims 51% of Luxury Brand Christopher Kane
French luxury holding group PPR will make a 51 percent investment in Scottish design talent Christopher Kane. A new store and second line are expected for 2014.
PPR’s investment signifies the desired goal to take the Christopher Kane brand to new heights, with a flagship standalone store and a second line expected to be unveiled in 2014.
